理事長的話

       

        台灣機器人學會成立於2007年12月18日，迄今已超過15年。本學會在歷任理事長、理監事以及所有會員的投入和付出下，台灣機器人學會已是具備相當規模之機器人學術組織。為了獎勵對學會有重要貢獻、研究表現傑出會員，並鼓勵優秀年輕會員和研究生，本學會每年頒發傑出機器人工程獎章、會士、卓越服務貢獻獎、青年機器人工程獎、碩博士論文獎等各式重要獎項。我們也希望所有會員以及您所指導之研究生能積極申請今年度本學會之年度獎項，讓所有會員能分享您在機器人領域之卓越研究成果以及表現。

學會宗旨​

        台灣機器人學會成立於2007年12月18日，此學會乃根據臺灣內政部法令所成立之學術組織。本學會宗旨為研究與推展機器人之各項學術理論、技術，創新工程與教育事項，亦定期發行會訊與International Journal of iRobotics，並推動國內外學術交流，以促進台灣機器人學術研究及相關產業發展。

  Robotics Society of Taiwan focuses on studying and promoting Robotic theories, technologies and education. As globalization is the fundamental trend for advanced research, we also aim at promoting international academic collaboration and facilitate the development of robotics related industry to enhance our international competitiveness.
